I like nothing more than to make short run, low-cost publications as a way to cheaply distribute long-form bodies of work. As much as I love producing beautiful prints – especially in the darkroom – I’m most interested in making images that lend themselves to being read in series, rather than as singular or one-off works for walls. Naturally, I feel much more at home in bookshops and nearby cafes enjoying coffee than I ever do in galleries, so that’s where you’ll usually find me.
Most work on this website is however available for purchase in limited, signed and numbered editions.
Dad, Pete, Opa is published by XYZ Books, Lisbon, Portugal.
